Account, Billing & Subscription FAQ

What does “per-device subscription” mean?

One subscription license is used per device (per booth PC running the Photobooth App). Each licensed device can run the app, sync its project, and upload sessions. To run multiple booths, you need a license (or equivalent) per device. See Subscription & Billing.

Can I move my subscription to another device?

Yes, in general. You deactivate the current device from the dashboard (e.g. Account → Subscription or Installation) and then activate the app on the new device. The exact steps depend on your plan; see Subscription & Billing.

How many staff accounts can I add?

This depends on your plan. The dashboard supports roles (e.g. Owner, Admin, Operator) and inviting staff. See Access Management for roles and limits.

What happens if payment is overdue?

If your subscription payment is overdue, access may be restricted (e.g. app sign-in or sync blocked) until the account is in good standing. See Subscription & Billing and your plan terms.

How do withdrawals work?

If your account supports withdrawals (e.g. payouts from earnings), the schedule and status are managed in the dashboard. See Withdrawals for payout schedule, status, and common issues (verification, bank details).

How do Credits work (sessions and AI)?

Dreambooth uses one Credits balance. Photo sessions cost 1 credit each. Sessions with video or recording cost 2 credits each. AI frame generation costs credits based on the tier you pick in the editor (Fast, Quality, Studio). Topping up buys credits at the price shown in the dashboard. An active subscription usually includes unlimited sessions on your licensed device; AI generation may still consume credits unless your plan states otherwise.

What happened to “video credits”?

Older accounts may have had a separate video balance. That value has been converted into the main Credits balance (each old video credit counts as 2 unified credits) so your overall value is preserved. You now only manage one balance.
